Reed Johnson Lecture

So happy to have you guys see Reed present in Joe's class- he has some exciting work to show you! We will be going to the lecture at 3:30. Class A should skip their normal time and join Joe's Comic class on the third floor 3:30-6:10.

Also, please remember to bring ONE piece of artwork from class to present on the second floor gallery wall. It does not have to be matted.

Venuszine Finalists

UPDATE 4/22: CONGRATS TO CATHY FOR BEING PUBLISHED!!! HER ARTWORK WILL APPEAR IN THE SUMMER ISSUE OF VENUSZINE.

Congratulations to Cathy Stephens, Nicole McLean, and Jeff Chouiniere for being chosen as the three finalists by Venuszine's Art Director, Denise Gibson. Denise had a lot of feedback for them and a lot of work went into finalizing these images. We'll know shortly who has been picked to be published!

Heya troops, this is the schedule for the next coming week if there is any confusion:

Monday (6): Critique finals for Venuszine

Wednesday (8): Bring in final ideas as well as sketches/starts for the first leg of your personal project. This should be sketches and may include such things such as reference, items of inspiration, beginnings of projects, and any preliminary work that is important.
